Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Each item is custom made once you place your order.

Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your item ships.

Note: During high-demand seasons (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center used.

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping estimates are provided once your order ships. We do not guarantee delivery dates, as times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, product type, and destination.

Standard Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout
Free Shipping: May be offered during promotional periods (details will be clearly stated on our website)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

If your tracking link shows no movement after several days, please contact us at crusaders.co.dba@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds.
If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Crusaders Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Since Crusaders Co. products are fulfilled through multiple Printify partners, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each package.

International Orders & Customs

At this time we do not accept international orders. If you have placed an order outside of America we will cancel the placed, order and refund you promptly. See our Refunds & Returns policy for more info.
