Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund — just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll get a replacement in production right away or issue a refund — whichever you'd prefer.
Every item is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, standard delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days within the US — so most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks from the time you order. International orders generally take longer due to customs processing. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Not always — if your order includes multiple product types (for example, a hoodie and a canvas print, or apparel and a journal), they may ship separately and arrive on different days. This is because different products are produced by different specialized manufacturing partners, each shipping directly once their portion is complete. If you order multiple items of the same product type, they'll typically ship together. Don't worry if part of your order arrives before the rest — everything is on its way, and each shipment will have its own tracking information.
Yes. 20% of our profit is tithed to churches, missions, and Christian causes on an ongoing basis. For our first 50 orders specifically, we're donating 100% of profit to local churches in the Mt. Juliet, TN area — we'll publish the total amount given once that milestone is reached.
How do I know this is real and not just a marketing claim?
We'll publish the actual dollar amount donated from our first 100 orders, along with which churches received it, right here on this page once that milestone is reached.
The first 50 orders from Crusaders Co. will have 100% of their profit donated to local churches in the Mt. Juliet, TN area — we'll share the specific churches and the total amount given once that milestone is reached. Beyond that, we tithe 20% of our ongoing profit to US-based churches, mission groups, and Christian causes. We're currently working to establish partnerships with organizations like PreBorn! and Embrace Grace, so that part of our giving directly supports the protection of life and the mothers who carry it — we'll update this page as those partnerships are finalized.
